Aizawa is a great example of an INTP, with his Ti fixation on things being “logical” and “rational”, while judging others based on their potential, such as his criticisms of the hero exam not letting certain people in *cough* SHINSOU *cough*, and his harsh judgment of our self destructive protagonist.
Seeing Izuku’s quirk, as powerful as it is, he immediately dismisses him as lacking any sort of potential due to his careless use of an ability that immediately incapacitates him, but it’s important to note his surprise and excitement at how quickly Izuku adapted to the situation at hand, proving he does have the potential to grow.
Eraser Head takes full advantage of UA’s unorthodox methods of teaching, often making very strong and almost bizarre threats or tasks, such as the lowest scoring student being expelled. He isn’t afraid of pushing his students to their limits and beyond, forcing them to grow and adapt much faster than they would in a regular hero course. The occasional nap during class doesn’t hurt, either.
It’s also important to note Aizawa’s amazing mental fortitude and his capabilities in combat, even as his body is literally being broken, he is capable of analysing his enemies strengths and movements, while also keeping track of his surroundings and allies, using his quirk to save others while he himself is on the verge of death.
His Inferior Fe is clear from his younger years, such as when he casually accepted his hero name “Eraser Head” from his classmate without caring much, and he does struggle often with showing his emotions or that he cares. He’s not a big fan of the press or being in the center of attention, preferring to do his hero work in a more stealthy manner, avoiding the spotlight.
There is clear discomfort in him when he is forced to cooperate with his more extroverted colleagues such as Present Mic and the witty Ms Joke, or when he is required to meet with the parents of students, and address the media.
Overall, Shota “Eraser Head” Aizawa is analytically minded, bending the rules and pushing boundaries, with his students’ futures and potential in mind. And as much as he tries to appear cold and apathetic, he does care about all of his students, taking into consideration all of their thoughts and feelings, strengths and weaknesses.. such as when he fought against Yaoyorozu, noting her insecurities and losing on purpose while still acting as if he was giving it his all. And most notably when he defended Bakugo’s character during the press conference.
He also likes cats, which as we all know are INTP by nature.

Having read this I thought it was extremely enlightening. I appreciate you spending some time and effort to put this content together. I once again find myself personally spending way too much time both reading and leaving comments. But so what, it was still worthwhile!
